Breathwork – Control through movement

Through the yogic practice of pranayama, or moving the breath, you gain the power to control your life. You can create energy, calm or connection. You can sleep better and live better. You will feel more fully in control of your life when you know how to move your breath.

This can sound (quite literally) airy, fairy… but it’s an ancient practice that is becoming increasingly popular because of its effectiveness in improving quality of life. Breathwork can help you respond better to difficult situations, remaining calm and in control when life feels crazy. A different breath exercise can energise you, helping you feel ready to meet all of life’s opportunities.
